Distubia In My Apartment???

So I think my nieghbor that lives right above me may be a killer. Hear me out on this one. I know that this is a serious thing that I'm saying here, but I truley think that he is either a killer or is just involved in some unusual things.

I just moved into the first floor in my new apartment complex, and I love it. I love the space, I love the environment, everything except my annoying upstairs neighbor. He always stomps around like he doesn't know how to walk. It's very aggravating! He's at it right now as I type (arggggghhhh). When he walks it's not just like he's walking to the bathroom, he paces. He just walks, excuse me STOMPS, back and forth all day.

Last night/ this morning at 4am I finally laid my head down to go to sleep only to hear. STOMP, STOMP, STOMP, STOMP!!!! WHY IS HE EVEN WOKE AT 4AM??? I felt my anger rising, and suddenly I hear a scream come from upstairs, and then he yells. (What?) The next thing I know he turns on the water in the bathroom. I heard another scream, and he yelled once more, and then more water. I didn't hear the woman again. Okay, I'm scared now!

I'm just in bed in shock, and trying to create possible, logical situations for what I had just heard. Had I been the only person who heard it? Am I just blowing up a scene? Should I call the cops? I didn't know what to do, I just started praying, because if there was someone up there in danger God would know what to do.

He's still stomping today, and he's yelling too, but I don't hear anyone else in the apartment. Maybe he just has some other problems, like he's mentally ill or something. All I know is that I won't be bothering him anytime soon about his STOMPING!
